First you will need to access the device settings.
Press the Home and Power buttons, located on the rear of the device, at the same time.
2. A dialog box will appear asking for a password. The default password for already connected devices is: 9j74v3
3. Click on the "network" tab at the bottom of the screen.
4. Select the wifi you wish to connect to and enter the wifi password.
If you entered the wifi info correctly, you should see a green check mark next to the wifi.
Confirm that all the check-ins are now syncing with your in your portal. It may take up to 30 minutes for all existing data to sync (depending on how long the device was offline for).
