Once this automation is enabled for your organization, follow the steps below to setup alerts when an individual checks-in on the kiosk.
Search for the individual you would like to receive alerts for
Click on the individuals' profile page by clicking on their name
On the profile page, expand the section titled "Contact Flags"
Click on the edit option that appears in the top right of the section
Click on the check-mark to enable alerts for this individual
Use the dropdown to select whom from the organization should be set up for the alerts. For each user with access you can select if they should be alerted via email, SMS, or both.
Click Save.
