Those entering your location will either pass or fail the health screening on the kiosk.

If someone fails the auto screening, they should be not allowed into the facility without further screening by a facility supervisor.

The Dashboard will automatically assign a status of either "Passed auto-screening" or "Failed auto-screening" next to each check-in record on your portal.

This status, in addition to any notes, can be adjusted in your portal to "Denied Entry" or "Allowed Entry" based on the outcome of the additional screening conducted by your facility for those who have failed the auto-screening.

Instructions to updated status on kiosk:

  1. Login into your touchpoint dashboard.

  2. Click on the check-ins menu

  3. Click on check-in record you wish to update

  4. A side panel should appear with information on the check-in with the option to adjust the status and leave a note.
