There are multiple issues that we see customers experience with the Brother badge Printer. Please see issues listed below with recommended fixes.
Issue #1: Badge Printer is not printing Name, Logo, or part of the badge?
Fix: This is typically due to a small particle getting stuck in the badge feeder.
Issue #2: Nothing is Printing?
Fix: This is typically due to have the wrong label holder installed. The correct label holder has 3 small holes on the bottom. Please check to see if you are using the correct holder.
