Every visitor, upon checking out of your facility will be prompted to rate their experience and have the option to leave a comment.

You have the option to receive real-time SMS/Email alerts when feedback is collected, in addition to receiving daily and/or weekly email digest reports delivered directly to your inbox.

All the collected data will be viewable in your dashboard for easy access.
