What to expect once you order your kiosk

Once your order is placed, all the hardware will be shipped directly to your facility. Once shipped, your account manager will reach out to you (the primary point of contact for the facility) and provide all the tracking links and provide the next steps once the hardware arrives.

Below are the packages you will receive for the Kiosk Pro:

- 2 or 3 brown boxes that say "ELO" on them

(These boxes will contain the Kiosk screen and Kiosk stand).

- If you ordered a badge Printer you will also have one box that says Striv360 on it.
