The “We’ll be Right Back” and "Excuse us for a Moment" messages will display on-screen whenever a device is not yet set up. This is common on new devices that have not yet been connected to the internet and setup with a Striv360 team member.
To stop seeing the message you will need to have the kiosk fully setup with a Striv360 team member. Please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly assist with your setup.
