To segment and filter your survey response data you need to upload the desired segment data along with the user records. Here is a quick list of all the data you will need upload along with your user records to support all the standard segmentation and filtering options.

Date Of Birth (12/22/99) (needed to segment by age)
Gender (Male, Female, Other) (needed to segment by gender)
Job Title (needed to segment by job title)
Employed Since (12/22/99) (needed to segment by tenure)
Employee ID (used as a unique identifier to update employees)
Group (needed to segment by group) - If "Custom Group Branding" is being used, the group name will be used for all branding to users within this group so ensure the group names match the entity the employee identifies with.
