Users that have Dashboard Access Can login to Portal by visiting touchpointhc.com and clicking "portal login" in the top right corner of the menu.
Below are common reasons you may have trouble logging into the Dashboard.

You do not know your password | If you do not know your password, click "Forgot Password", enter the email address that was granted access, and follow the prompts to reset your password. |
You never created a password | If you never created a password, click "Forgot Password", enter the email address that was granted access, and follow the prompts to create/reset your password. |
You do not have Dashboard access | If you require dashboard access, please notify your account manager or email us at [email protected] for assistance. |
