Track and manager negative feedback resolutions

In addition to collecting visitor feedback, the touchpoint platform helps you track and document that negative visitor feedback has been addressed.

The dashboard displays any negative feedback from a visitor as a "Concern". Concerns are viewable on the "Survey" portion of your dashboard.

Click on "view all concerns" to see all open concerns in a list view. There will be two tabs at the top of the screen: "Resolved" and "Unresolved". Click on a concern to view detailed information regarding the visitor's feedback/concern.

Updating concern status - in addition to leaving comments related to the feedback and resolution can be done directly in the concern detail page.

If you do not see concerns on your portal the setting may be turned off.
